It can have several bonus benefits, which is why people are looking to invest in high-quality sheets, blankets, and other top-of-bed accessories more than ever before.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.saatva.com\/blog\/gen-z-millennial-sleep-habits\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Saatva survey data<\/a>, 50% of respondents said they have incorporated a comfortable mattress and\/or bedding into their bedrooms.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are the top three bedding products with added benefits you should consider using in 2025:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cooling bedding<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>36% of our survey respondents said they\u2019ve incorporated temperature regulation into their bedrooms\u2014which brings us to cooling bedding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saatva.com\/blog\/best-sheets-to-keep-you-cool\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cooling sheets<\/a>&nbsp;and other&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.saatva.com\/blog\/best-cooling-sleep-products\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cooling sleep products<\/a>&nbsp;have been steadily gaining interest, and we predict this will continue into 2025. For instance, the search term \u201ccooling blanket\u201d has seen 218% growth in the past year, and \u201ccooling sheets for bed\u201d has grown a whopping 8,300%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This surge makes sense as cooling bedding has many benefits. \u201cIt feels amazing to sleep on, helps you achieve optimal sleep temperature, and is environmentally friendly,\u201d says Chanae Richards, CEO and principal designer at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.olorointeriors.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u1ecdl\u1ecdr\u1ecd interiors<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peltier believes cooling bedding is here to stay. \u201cSo many people, especially women, experience&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.saatva.com\/blog\/what-causes-night-sweats\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">temperature fluctuations through the night<\/a>,\u201d she notes. \u201cAnd we sleep deeper in a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.saatva.com\/blog\/temperature-and-sleep\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">room that\u2019s cooler<\/a>, rather than warmer.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><em>From our <span data-id=\"27756\" data-title=\"Percale Sheet Set\" data-text=\"Percale Sheet Set\" class=\"tooltip\">Percale Sheet Set<\/span> to our <span data-id=\"29943\" data-title=\"Lightweight Down Alternative Comforter\" data-text=\"Lightweight Down Alternative Comforter\" class=\"tooltip\">Lightweight Down Alternative Comforter<\/span> to our <span data-id=\"29805\" data-title=\"Aero Quilt\" data-text=\"Aero Quilt\" class=\"tooltip\">Aero Quilt<\/span>, we have a variety of cooling bedding products in our lineup to help customers create the ideal bedroom setup.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Coverless duvets<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saatva.com\/blog\/coverless-duvet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Coverless duvets<\/a>&nbsp;are relatively new on the scene. A variation on a comforter, it\u2019s a fabric bag filled with stuffing and has a sewn-on cover\u2014which means you won\u2019t have to wrestle with getting a duvet cover back onto your comforter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People have searched for \u201ccoverless duvet\u201d 31% more this past year. So, why are coverless duvets suddenly so popular? \u201cEveryone is craving simplicity in their lives,\u201d says Richards, reflecting on the sudden popularity of this bedding item.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Richards says she recently did away with her duvet cover for this exact reason. \u201cI no longer wanted to twist myself into a pretzel to put it back on once a week,\u201d she says.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peltier adds that the \u201cmarshmallow-like bed with the insanely puffy duvet\u201d is a dated look right now. Instead, a more simple, lower-profile look is going to be big in 2025. This can be achieved with a coverless duvet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Silk pillowcases<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The term \u201csilk pillowcase for hair\u201d has experienced 22% growth in the past year in search, and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.saatva.com\/blog\/benefits-sleeping-silk-pillowcase\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">silk pillowcases<\/a>&nbsp;will keep on trending in 2025. Howard predicts that nature-inspired colors, such as shades of terracotta, olive green, deep ocean blues, and rich goldenrod, which harmonize with each other, will be popular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What interior design trends do you wish would go away?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThere are a lot of aspects of minimalism that I love, but it is possible to take it too far,\u201d says Richards. \u201cI like the trend I&#8217;m seeing of keeping things simple but maximizing personality through color, pattern, and personal touch.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, Peltier says she\u2019s over the modern farmhouse aesthetic. \u201cI\u2019m not the first to say it, but I will keep saying it,\u201d she says. \u201cI get it\u2014people want the cozy gathering place that evokes a simpler life. But there are more ways to achieve that than modern farmhouse design.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lastly, Howard says \u201cthe extreme emphasis of price over quality\u201d should be less, where we think it\u2019s OK to buy something for our home that will fall apart in two years if it\u2019s the least expensive option.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe used to make heirlooms, and now we make future candidates for bulk waste day,\u201d she says.
