For the Saatva Solaire: If you aren't completely happy with your Solaire during your 120-night trial, we will come get your mattress and refund your money. You'll be responsible only for a $99 transportation cost to cover our cost of labor and gas for the mattress pickup. That's it. We never resell returned mattresses. Instead, we donate them to veterans' shelters or offer them to employees.

For the Lineal Adjustable Base: Lineal purchases are non-returnable, do not include a home trial period, and cannot be exchanged.
