This season, Saatva ventures further into the furnishings space with new upholstered beds inspired by international cities. While the ability to travel is limited, Saatva’s four new designs help transform your bedroom into your favorite, faraway destination.
Saatva’s new beds are handcrafted with sustainably sourced hardwood that has been kiln-dried for extra durability. Designed with a contemporary platform base, these beds do not require the use of a foundation. Each bed features a fully upholstered back, which means it can be positioned anywhere in the room, granting unrestricted freedom of placement.
These four new designs join Saatva’s bedframe lineup and add new locations along their dreamy, design-inspired itinerary.
Like the charming coastal city for which it’s named, the Porto is a refined balance of low profile and allure. This modern update to a classic mid-century silhouette is elegantly finished with curved frame edges and low-profile side rails, which give it a sleek, contemporary look. The minimalist headboard is balanced by side rails, and a footboard piped with trim accents.

Gently tapered, conical legs give the bed a grounded, classic feel.
Inspired by the sleek sophistication of Scandinavian design, the Copenhagen is a platform bed that’s brimming with functional simplicity. From its gently sloped geometric headboard to its strikingly modern legs, it adds a dose of confidence to any bedroom look.

Longer metal legs in a matte black steel finish add height to the bed.
As stunning as the famous harbor city it’s named after, the Sydney platform bed exudes simple, modern elegance at its best. Its solid, non-slatted platform base provides maximum mattress support. Recessed, black steel legs make the bed appear as if it’s floating off the ground, just like the city’s famed Opera House.
