At Saatva, we never pressure you to make up your mind quickly. All of our mattresses come with a 120-night home trial, so you have plenty of time to decide whether it’s right for you. If at any point during your home trial you’re not satisfied, just give us a call and we’ll come pick up the mattress and refund your money, less a $99 transportation fee to cover our cost of gas and labor for the pickup. That’s it.
The Solaire comes with a prorated 25-year warranty. All parts are fully covered for the first five years, and all labor for the first 15 years. During years six through 10, you are responsible for 50% of the cost of the part(s) and related shipping. During years 11-15, you are responsible for 75% of the cost of the part(s) and related shipping. During years 16-20, you are responsible for labor and transportation costs related to receiving and installation of the new part(s) and 85% of the cost of the part(s). During years 21-26 you are responsible for labor and transportation costs related to receiving and installation of the new part(s) and 90% of the cost of the part(s). Separate from the warranty, we also offer a Fairness Replacement Option. If you choose this option, instead of repairing your Solaire in years six to 10, we will replace it for 50% of the original price you paid. In years 11 to 25, we will replace your Solaire for 75% of the original price you paid. There are no additional fees.
If you aren't completely happy with your Saatva mattress during your 120-night trial, we will come get the mattress and refund your money. You will be responsible only for a $99 transportation cost to cover our cost of labor and gas for the mattress pickup. That's it. We never resell returned mattresses. Instead, we donate them to veterans' shelters or offer them to employees and associates across our network of more than 150 delivery centers.
If at any point during your 120-night home trial you decide you would like to exchange your Saatva for a different one, simply give us a call at 877-672-2882. We will send out a new mattress for a $99 transportation fee. Once your exchanged mattress is delivered, a new 120-night sleep trial begins. We’ve learned that the most common reason people request an exchange is for a different mattress size or height, so be sure to measure the height of your frame and foundation before ordering, or call one of our friendly sleep guides for assistance.
