Saatva Celebrates Better Sleep Month with American Heart Association
In celebration of Better Sleep Month, Saatva partnered with the American Heart Association (AHA) at the Chicago Viewing Room to help the AHA unveil sleep as the eighth pillar of its Life’s Essential 8 campaign. The event attracted 50 guests and 9 local editorial community members, resulting in one placement and $5000 donated to the AHA. AHA research fellow from Northwestern, Dr. Mercedes Carnethon, Ph.D., and celebrated Internal Medicine Physician, Dr. Vivek Cherian, shared a conversation moderated by Executive Director Meghan Yaeger of AHA Chicago. During the event, guests enjoyed custom cocktails and canapés by Brix Catering, which benefitted AHA’s design/construction division, Hard Hats with Heart. All 50 guests received gifts from Saatva, Nourished, and Viteyes.
