Natalie O’Flaherty

Natalie is the Vice President of Analytics, overseeing a mix of responsibilities, including deep analytics, team management, analytics strategy, and roadmap development. She sets Saatva.com’s long-term analytics strategy while ensuring analytics leverages the right technologies and tools to scale globally. In her role, she helps maintain a transparent, data-driven culture at Saatva.com, providing major strategic decisions backed by quantitative analysis and ensuring that the tools, skills, and processes exist across Saatva to ensure a strong culture of self-service.
