Saatva x Hines Collective Celebrate Five Years of Collaboration at Housing Works Design on a Dime 2026

In honor of Better Sleep Month and Hines Collective’s fifth anniversary, Saatva partnered with its longtime commercial interior design collaborator to create a custom vignette for Housing Works Design on a Dime 2026. The installation celebrated five years of collaboration between the two brands and supported Housing Works’ mission through the gift of restorative luxury sleep.

Hines Collective has served as the interior designer firm of record for 28 Saatva retail locations nationwide, beginning with the brand’s New England flagship at 90 Newbury Street. For this year’s Design on a Dime vignette, the firm reimagined Saatva’s immersive retail experience within a compact 10′ x 10′ footprint, transforming the challenge into a study in scale, storytelling, and thoughtful design.

The resulting space blended familiar Saatva brand elements with a fresh editorial perspective. A signature rubber tree, found in every Saatva Viewing Room, was intentionally left unpainted for the occasion, while the focal bedscape featured Saatva’s Organic Sateen Sheet Set styled as a faux headboard alongside a twin-size Saatva Classic Mattress and Santorini Platform Bed Frame. Layered textures, warm tones, and residential styling helped recreate the calming atmosphere of a full Saatva retail environment in a more intimate format.

Additional products featured throughout the vignette included Saatva’s Atlas Nightstands, Nova Bedside Lamps, Anais Swivel Chair, Vara Bedroom Rug, and Dog Beds, all set against a rich Benjamin Moore Tapestry Gold backdrop. The color choice subtly referenced Saatva’s ongoing role as the Official Mattress and Restorative Sleep Provider of Team USA and the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

A standout element of the space was the display of five Saatva Classic Mattress certificates available for purchase during the event. Each certificate included a donated, made-to-order Saatva Classic mattress complete with complimentary in-home delivery and setup.

We focused on the core elements—natural materials, thoughtful layering, and a strong focal point with the bed—while reinterpreting familiar touches and introducing newer additions to the collection. It’s a reflection of how we approach every Saatva space: consistent at its core, but always evolving.”
