According to Guy Fieri, this chef knows how to make one hell of a green curry. Chef Nuchjasem was born in Bangkok but came to Dallas to start his modern take on traditional Thai. This Southern chain is famous for its offbeat variety of tacos. This 20-seat sushi restaurant is as close to Tokyo as you can get in Dallas. Sourcing much of their products from Japan, the hand-rolled sushi is fresh and fantastic.
