According to Guy Fieri, this chef knows how to make one hell of a green curry. Chef Nuchjasem was born in Bangkok but came to Dallas to start his modern take on traditional Thai. Besides the must-order green curry, the restaurant’s drunken noodles are a best-seller. And no Thai meal would be complete without a Thai iced tea.

This Southern chain is famous for its offbeat variety of tacos. This 20-seat sushi restaurant is as close to Tokyo as you can get in Dallas. Sourcing much of their products from Japan, the hand-rolled sushi is fresh and fantastic.
