Returns & exchanges

If you're not completely happy with your mattress or furniture purchase, you'll only pay a $99 processing fee for pickup. Bedding, bath & rug products come with free 45-day returns, but currently are not eligible for exchanges.

  • Mattresses

    All of our mattresses come with a 365-night home trial, so you have plenty of time to decide whether it's right for you. If you aren't completely satisfied, you can return for a full refund less a $99 processing fee. If you prefer, you can exchange for a $99 processing fee and we'll manufacture the new mattress for you. Just give us a call at 1-833-799-1692 and we'll take care of the rest.

    Mattress Toppers

    All mattress toppers come with a 180-night home trial, so you have plenty of time to decide whether it's right for your current mattress.

    At this time we do not have an exchange policy for mattress toppers. If you would like to exchange your merchandise, simply return your order and repurchase the item of your choice.

    Bedding & Bath

    All Saatva bedding and bath products come with a 45-night free returns policy.

    At this time we do not have an exchange policy for Saatva bedding & bath. If you would like to exchange your merchandise, simply return your order and repurchase the item of your choice.

    Saatva Adjustable Bases

    Saatva Adjustable Base Plus and Saatva Adjustable Base do not include a home trial and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Bed Frames

    All of our bed frames come with a 365-night home trial, so you have plenty of time to decide whether it's right for you. If you decide to return or exchange your furniture for another during your home trial period, just give us a call and we'll come pick it up and refund your money, less a $99 processing fee.

    Rugs

    All Saatva bedroom rugs come with a 45-night free returns policy.

    At this time we do not have an exchange policy for Saatva rugs. If you would like to exchange your merchandise, simply return your order and repurchase the item of your choice.

    Benches & Chairs

    All of our benches, ottomans & chairs come with a 365-night home trial, so you have plenty of time to decide whether it's right for you. If you decide to return or exchange your furniture for another during your home trial period, just give us a call and we'll come pick it up and refund your money, less a $99 processing fee.

    We also offer an unprecedented Fairness Replacement option, should your mattress be deemed defective. This option completely eliminates the hassle of dealing with warranty issues by allowing you to purchase a brand new Saatva mattress replacement at a percentage of the original price you paid—and you get to keep your old mattress.   • If you aren't completely happy with your Saatva mattress during your 365-night home trial, just give us a call at 1-877-672-2882. We’ll schedule a pick up of your mattress and issue a refund for the purchase price (taxes included) to your original method of payment.

    We never resell returned mattresses. Instead, we donate them to veterans' shelters or offer them to employees, discounters and associates across our network of more than 150 delivery centers.

    Our Crib Mattress is an exception with a 45-day free return.

  • If you decide to exchange your mattress for another Saatva mattress during your 365-night home trial, just give us a call at 1-877-672-2882. We’ll schedule a pick up of your mattress and start the exchange process.
    You’ll only pay a $99 processing fee for your replacement delivery and mattress pickup, and we’ll take care of the rest!

    We never resell exchanged mattresses. Instead, we donate them to veterans' shelters or offer them to employees and associates across our network of more than 150 delivery centers. Once your new mattress is delivered, a new 365-night home trial begins.

    We’ve learned that the most common reason people exchange is for a different mattress size or height, so be sure to measure the height of your bed frame, adjustable base, and/or foundation/box spring before ordering. You can also call one of our friendly sleep guides for assistance 24/7.

  • Saatva bedding is warranted against any product quality issues for one year by repairing or replacing the defective product. If your item has to be replaced within that year, the replacement item will continue on the original one-year warranty.

    The warranty does not cover staining, discolorations, or abuse of product.

  • Bedding and bath products returned within 45 days of the delivery date will get a full refund to the original form of payment. There are no restocking or penalty fees for used products, but we do ask that you wash any used products before returning.

    To make a bedding or bath return, simply call 1-877-672-2882 or email info@saatvamattress.com. If you received our bedding as a gift, please call us for help with your return.

  • At this time we do not have an exchange policy for Saatva bedding & bath products. If you would like to exchange your merchandise, simply return your order and repurchase the item of your choice.

  • Saatva rugs are warranted against any product quality issues for one year by repairing or replacing the defective product. If your item has to be replaced within that year, the replacement item will continue on the original one-year warranty.

    This plan covers accidental stains and damage NOT covered by the Saatva mattress warranty, such as rips, tears and stains. This plan does not cover theft or damage caused by abuse or misuse.

    Plans are effective from the day your mattress is delivered.
