365-night home trial on all mattresses & furniture*
It takes more than a couple of nights for your body to adjust to your brand new mattress. With our generous home trial, there’s no need to rush.
- After a few weeks, your brand new mattress will break in and your body should begin to adjust
- Expect improvements in the feel of your new mattress after up to a month of sleeping on it
- If you aren't completely satisfied, you can return within your 365-night home trial for a full refund
- To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Enter your order number and email address in our Order Tracker or log in to your Saatva account to select the applicable order
- Go to the order and click "View Details"
- Click "Request a return or exchange" to select the product/s you want to return
- Select the reason for return
- Submit your return request and one of our sleep guides will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a pickup of your mattress and/or furniture.
- You’ll only pay a $99 processing fee for the pickup
- No mandatory minimum trial period
- When returning items that are part of a bundle, you will get a full refund for only the item/s returned
- If you aren't completely satisfied, you can exchange for a different item within your 365-night home trial
- To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:
- Enter your order number and email address in our Order Tracker or log in to your Saatva account to select the applicable order
- Go to the order and click "View Details"
- Click "Request a return or exchange" to select the product/s you want to return for an exchange
- Select the reason for exchange
- Submit your request and one of our sleep guides will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a pickup of your mattress and/or furniture and process your exchange
- You’ll only pay a $99 processing fee for delivery and pickup
- We never resell returned mattresses. Instead, we donate them to veterans' shelters or offer them to employees and associates across our delivery network
* Excludes Saatva adjustable bases, which are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Nightstands have a 45-night home trial.

What to expect from your new Saatva mattress
Here are the top three things to expect in the first few weeks of sleeping on your new Saatva mattress.
- Every Saatva mattress is made to order and arrives factory fresh
- The high-quality materials inside them need a little bit of time to loosen up
- You’ll notice your new mattress begin to adapt to your body after a few days, with continued improvement for up to a month
- If you’ve been sleeping on an old mattress for any period of time, your body likely got used to it, no matter how unsupportive it was
- Your Saatva provides proper spinal alignment, helping your body get back into a healthy position
- It may take some sleepers a little time to adjust to proper support, while others won’t need any adjustment time at all
- Our mattresses arrive to you factory fresh and carefully sealed, so there’s a small chance you might pick up a slight scent from the new materials and packaging on delivery day
- Any scent should dissipate within 24 hours, but rest assured it’s completely safe to sleep on it from the very the first night

180-night home trial on all mattress toppers
Give your body the time it needs to acclimate to your new mattress topper with our generous trial period.
- After a few nights, your brand new mattress topper should soften a bit and contour to your curves
- Allow your body at least a few nights to get used to your new sleep surface
- If you aren't completely satisfied, you can return for a full refund with free return shipping within your 180-night home trial
- To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Enter your order number and email address in our Order Tracker or log in to your Saatva account to select the applicable order
- Go to the order and click "View Details"
- Click "Request a return or exchange" to select the product/s you want to return
- Select the reason for return
- Submit your request and one of our sleep guides will contact you within 24 hours to complete your return
- No mandatory minimum trial period before return can be initiated
* We currently do not have an exchange policy for mattress toppers. If you would like to exchange, simply return your order and purchase another topper.

45-night home trial on all bedding, crib mattress, decor, and dog beds
Go ahead; enjoy the plush comfort before you commit.
- If you aren't completely satisfied, you can return for a full refund with free return shipping within your 180-night home trial
- To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Enter your order number and email address in our Order Tracker or log in to your Saatva account to select the applicable order
- Go to the order and click "View Details"
- Click "Request a return or exchange" to select the product/s you want to return
- Select the reason for return
- Submit your request and one of our sleep guides will contact you within 24 hours to complete your return
- No restocking fees, but we ask that you wash any used products before returning as returned bedding items are donated to local charities
- When returning items that are part of a bedding bundle, you will get a full refund only for the item/s returned
- If you aren't completely satisfied with your Saatva rug, you can return for a full refund or exchange for a different style within your 45-night home trial
