Growing up in Queens, I spent a lot of time with my family on Long Island. One of my favorite towns to visit was always Manhasset. I loved walking around the Americana Manhasset, an upscale outdoor shopping center. To this day, I enjoy visiting the Americana Manhasset to shop for everything from designer clothing to chic home goods.
That’s why I was thrilled when I learned that Saatva would be opening its latest Viewing Room there. The grand opening came at the perfect time for me, while I was planning a move to a new apartment and needed a new mattress, bed frame, and bedding.
In addition to the Saatva Viewing Room, there’s so much more to do and see in the area. Whether you’re local to Long Island or simply making a day trip out east, here are some of the best places to shop, eat, and explore in and near Manhasset, according to a few of my local Saatva colleagues.
