Bed Pillows
Great sleep comes easy with plush, supportive pillows for every sleep style. Choose from down alternative pillows, memory foam pillows & more.
How to find the right pillow for you
Pillows filled with natural, breathable materials like latex allow for optimal airflow to keep you cooler.
Cooling technology like graphite or gel-infused memory foam also draws heat away from the body for more comfortable sleep.
Slightly thicker, firmer pillows are ideal for giving side sleepers optimal spinal alignment.
Memory foam pillows contour to the curves of your head and neck to relieve pressure and neck pain.
If you prefer a more responsive pillow, our latex pillow also offers great support, but with a lofty, plush feel.
Consider a softer, thinner pillow to put less strain on your neck while sleeping on your stomach.
Sleeping face down or with the side of your head directly on the pillow also makes it even more important to choose a pillow made with hypoallergenic materials (like Saatva pillows).
A medium-firm pillow is the most versatile for all sleep positions.
A pillow that allows for easy movement while keeping your head and neck supported is also ideal if you toss and turn throughout the night.

Bed pillows that are slightly thicker and firmer, like our Saatva Memory Foam Pillow, offer optimal alignment for side sleepers. Whether you opt for a contouring memory foam bed pillow or a responsive latex bed pillow, you want a pillow that offers enough support for your head and neck to stay in line with your spine.
No matter what type of sleeper you are, choosing a pillow that keeps your head in a neutral position, where your neck is perfectly aligned with your spine, is one of the easiest ways to relieve neck pain.
Because your sleep position affects your spinal alignment, consider a pillow type that’s best suited for your most dominant sleep style:
• Back sleepers should look for medium-thick pillows, like our Saatva Down Alternative Pillow.
• Side sleepers need a slightly thicker, firmer pillow, like our Saatva Memory Foam Pillow.
• Stomach sleepers may find keeping a neutral spinal alignment more challenging. Consider a thinner pillow or a placing a soft down alternative pillow under the pelvic region and head can help alleviate discomfort.Finding the right pillow for you highly depends on your unique needs and what type of sleeper you are (see the list of ideal pillows for different sleep positions above).
In general, look for a pillow that will offer adequate comfort head and neck support for your particular sleep style. If you tend to sleep hot, look for one with breathable materials like natural fibers and latex fill, or cooling materials like graphite and gel-infused memory foams. And if you suffer from indoor allergies, consider hypoallergenic options like latex pillows or memory foam pillows.
This really depends on your personal needs and preferences. At the very least, have one supportive pillow under your head and neck to keep them aligned with your spine.
Now, depending on your sleep style and health needs, you might find added comfort and support by using additional pillows either between your knees, under your belly, or below your pelvic region.
