We currenty do not ship directly to Hawaii or Alaska, but one of our friendly sleep guides can arrange delivery of your mattress through a freight forwarder in Seattle or California. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii and need help scheduling delivery, give us a call at 877-672-2882.
As a result of the damage the Covid-19 pandemic has done to the supply chain, we will not be resuming business in Canada for the foreseeable future. We thank you for your interest and wish you the best in your mattress search.
Every Saatva mattress is made to order, which means they don't sit in storage.
Occasionally, we can shorten the delivery time when we have a change or cancellation from another order of the exact same product. This allows us to redirect that freshly made and sealed mattress to you. We’d love to help in any way if you need your mattress faster. Don’t worry! If your new mattress can’t fit up your staircase, we’ll exchange it for one of a different size or height, or take it back at no charge to you and issue a refund, less a $99 transportation cost that covers the cost of our labor and gas for delivery.
If you have any concerns about your mattress fitting, please contact one of our sleep guides, who will walk you through stairway and hallway measurements and make sure you order the correct size.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, just give us a call at 877-672-2882 prior to your scheduled delivery day. We will not charge a cancellation fee if you call before your scheduled delivery.
If you are running late for your scheduled delivery time, our team will wait an additional 20 minutes as a courtesy. If you cannot be home for your delivery, we will take back the mattress and arrange for a new delivery time at no charge. You also have the option of cancelling the order for a full refund, less a $99 transportation cost.
Sometimes the unexpected happens. If our delivery team is running late, a dispatcher will call you to reschedule your free white-glove delivery as soon as possible.
We strive for perfection, but in the unlikely event that we deliver the wrong size mattress, or if a mattress arrives damaged, don’t worry. You can send the mattress back with our drivers and we will deliver a new one to you on the next available delivery day. Or you can keep the mattress and note the damage on the driver’s delivery ticket. We will then make arrangements to exchange it for you as soon as possible at no charge.
On Display to Order
All merchandise, including mattresses, bed frames, and bedding products are on display to order in the Saatva Viewing Room located at 969 Third Avenue (58th Street) in Manhattan.
- Everything we have on display includes free shipping or white glove delivery.
- Pillows and bedding products come with a 45-day free return policy.
- Typically, mattress orders are delivered from our factories within a 9-21 day time frame, depending on your zip code.
- Mattresses and bed frames come with our 180-night home trial. If you decide to return your mattress or bed frame within that home trial period, we will issue you a refund of your purchase price. The only cost to you is $99 (plus local tax) to cover the cost of labor and gas for the mattress return pickup.
