All of our mattresses are made to order and arrive to you factory fresh. That means the high-quality materials inside them need a little bit of time to soften up. You should notice your new mattress begin to conform to your body after a few days. You may even notice continuing improvement for up to a month.

Remember that your body will need some time to adjust to a brand new mattress. If you've been sleeping on an old mattress, your body likely got used to it, even if it didn't provide you with adequate support. That's why we give you a generous 365-night home trial to give you time to acclimate to your new mattress.

If after a month or so, you still feel that your mattress is too firm (or too soft), contact us and one of our friendly sleep guides will be happy to help you.

Mattress Toppers

All mattress toppers come with a 180-night home trial, so you have plenty of time to decide whether it's right for your current mattress.

At this time we do not have an exchange policy for mattress toppers. If you would like to exchange your merchandise, simply return your order and repurchase the item of your choice.

Bedding

All Saatva bedding comes with a 45-night free returns policy.

At this time we do not have an exchange policy for Saatva bedding. If you would like to exchange your merchandise, simply return your order and repurchase the item of your choice.

Saatva Adjustable Bases

Saatva Adjustable Base Plus and Saatva Adjustable Base do not include a home trial and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Bed Frames

All of our bed frames come with a 365-night home trial, so you have plenty of time to decide whether it's right for you. If you decide to return or exchange your furniture for another during your home trial period, just give us a call and we'll come pick it up and refund your money, less a $99 processing fee.

Rugs

All Saatva bedroom rugs come with a 45-night home trial. If you aren't completely satisfied, you can return for a full refund less a $99 processing fee.

At this time we do not have an exchange policy for Saatva rugs. If you would like to exchange your merchandise, simply return your order and repurchase the item of your choice.

Benches & Chairs

All of our benches, ottomans & chairs come with a 365-night home trial, so you have plenty of time to decide whether it's right for you. If you decide to return or exchange your furniture for another during your home trial period, just give us a call and we'll come pick it up and refund your money, less a $99 processing fee.

As part of our white glove service, our delivery team will set up your new mattress and take away your old mattress and foundation (or box spring) for free. All you need to do is check the box next to "Free mattress & foundation removal" at checkout.

Note that there are a few items our delivery teams won't take away:

• Waterbed bases
• Standard metal bed frames
• Sleep Number bases
• Stained and/or damaged mattresses & foundations/box springs
• Old bed frames, night stands, & other old furniture

We’ll schedule a pick up of your mattress and issue a refund for the purchase price (taxes included) or start the exchange process.

We never resell returned mattresses. Instead, we donate them to veterans' shelters or offer them at cost to employees and associates across our network of more than 150 delivery partners.

If you aren't completely happy with your Saatva furniture, you can return or exchange* your item for another style during your 365-night home trial (45-night trial period for nightstands). Just give us a call and one of our friendly sleep guides will assist you.
