First of all, customer service was excellent. My husband and I are opposite in bed preferences. I like soft, he likes firm. I'm 5'1" 115, he's 6'1" 210. Our prior bed was a temperpedic but my husband was having constant back pain and tried this bed based on reviews and he loved it instantly....

Love this Saatva! Being made with all natural latex, organic cotton, & no chemicals, it is so luxurious! It was also delivered earlier than originally scheduled, and was a great delivery. Everyone I had contact with was knowledgeable and courteous! Great company and service

This is a great mattress because it is not memory foam. After going through two memory foam mattresses in one year and having back issues my massage therapist told me about Saativa. It really helped my back stabilize due to its solid firmness. I still need a pad on the top to help with my thin frame having some padding...
